Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products with our oversight.

Free Shipping

We offer free Economy 10-20 day shipping on Orders over $25 that are shipped within the US.  We offer free Economy 10-20 day shipping on products that are shipped directly from China on orders totaling $25 and more.  On products weighing 10 pounds (4.54 KG) or more, shipping options and shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address and product weight.  This information will be shown in the shopping cart upon checkout.

 *--NOTE:  During the Chinese New Year, product production, processing and shipping is minimal resulting in longer than expected delays.  The Chinese New Year typically last for 15-days in January/February.

 

Once you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.  Keep in mind that products shipped directly from China, are shipped within 3-5 business days however, customers and transit methods affect shipping durations often resulting in orders being received 20-30 days after you place the order.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard and Two-day shipping is not valid on international orders.  Worldwide shipping is calculated upon checkout and is added to the order's total cost.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.
Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday except recognized US Federal holidays.  Orders that are received before 1:00 p.m. EST are processed for shipment on the same day.  Orders received after 1:00 p.m EST, are processed for shipment on the following business day.  Shipments to APO/FPO addresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
